CHIROPRACTORS are the unsung heroes of modern day health. They are one of the steadiest and most steadfast when it comes to a patient's HEALTH and WELL BEING yet they are still widely unknown and very often misunderstood.
Sometimes relegated to back and neck pain specialists, to say that chiropractic is experiencing an identity crisis is an understatement.
As a PROFESSION, what is the opportunity?
At this very moment in time, a gigantic shift has occured. Streaming sites are a household must-have and the search (and fight) for new content is decidedly one of the biggest conundrums in television and movie history.
Simultaneously, the world is in a health crisis with a gaping hole. Who is best placed to teach people how to navigate their health? Where is the voice FOR health? The search for options and understanding of how health works is decidedly one of the biggest conundrums in global history.
Two conundrums...ONE PROJECT THAT CAN ANSWER THE CALL.
Why not chiropractors and chiropractic patients in a feature length documentary film, television series, or even commercials?
Why not chiropractors taking the lead on the conversation about how to be well and live? After all, isn't that what being happy, fulfilled, and enjoying life is all about? Without health, we have no life.
As a PROFESSION, who defines us?
One of the biggest "sore spots" in the chiropractic profession is that people don't know exactly what chiropractors do or that their health could benefit from seeing one.
When a chiropractor gets out of school, not only do they have to start seeing patients - they also have to go into business and promote themselves. It's not easy. And it's especially tough when other non-chiropractic entities start inaccurately defining you.
This is why we're taking matters into our own hands. (Pun intended!)

Producer and Director Robert Bates is an award-winning documentary and commercial director who will be capturing stories of our patients and our industry in order to touch everyday people who are searching for hope, healing, and health.
He is the Writer and Director of the Ingredients film series and the editor of 10 films including 4 features. Mr. Bates is more than just a storyteller through film, he has a way of digging out the root of a cause and communicating its magic and relevance in the heart of the audience. Over the next year, we plan to go hard in reaching out to as many chiropractors in the profession to invite them to be a part of this project. We want to hear YOUR stories. We want to hear about your patients. Not only will WE benefit from this project but many people out there who need us will too! |
